Today the co-op circulated the official announcement of the air rights sale by e-mail. Since the last communications, there have been two key changes:
- The sale price was increased by over $5MM, which has been ear-marked for a 4-month total maintenance holiday for shareholders.
- The Board has decided to unanimously endorse a YES vote on the referendum.
